6 Tips for Stunning Rock Hard Six Pack Abs

What many people don’t realize is that there is more to just abs workouts than building stunning rock hard six packs. Your diet plays a major role too. But there is a lot of information out there that give you conflicting recommendations making it confusing for you to decide on what to choose. Some times you wonder if these ab diets really work. Well, they do but only if you do them right. Well that’s what we are here to help you with. Here are 6 tips that will help you to overcome your diet challenges.1. Drink more waterOur bodies are made up of 75 percent of water. Water plays a major role in transporting nutrients, minerals and vitamins to various part of our body. That means water acts as a transporting medium for the nutrients. Water supplies all the necessary nutrients to the various body parts also water flushes out all the waste material out of the different body parts.Water can also control your appetite. If you drink water while or before eating it will lower your feeling of hunger which helps you to eat less.2. Eat carbohydrates together with proteinA good abs diet will need to balance carbohydrates and proteins to help building muscle and burning fat. Protein plays a significant role in building healthy muscles and a strong immune system. It also stabilizes insulin levels. It has high thermic effect that means it will spend more energy for digestion, absorption and disposal of ingested food.Carbohydrates are the fuel sources for out bodies. But too much of it is bad too this can stimulate appetite, mood swings and promote fat instead of burning it. Striking a balance between protein and carbohydrates is vitally important when you eat.3. Take protein and carbohydrates 1 hour after workoutResearch shows that if you have an abs diet smoothie an hour after your workout it helps in your muscle synthesis.4. Eat 5 to 6 meals a dayGain muscle so that there is no room for fat. Take in 6 balanced diet meals throughout the day. A simple shake, cottage cheese fruits or even yogurt can be a probable meal.5. Serving Size Appropriate For Your Body WeightTo Control your calorie intake you need to make sure that your servings are no bigger than your fist.6. Give yourself a treat once a week to help your abs diet planGod rested on the seventh day so can your diet plan. Once in a week, treat yourself. When you are on a diet your body may send signals that you are starving. Eating what ever you want once every week will help you deal with feeling. This tricks your brain otherwise if your brain thinks you are starving your body and may even start storing more fat than needed. And that would spell disaster to your diet plan. Happy dieting.

How Women Can Get Six Pack Abs, Even After 30

Many women complain that it’s a lot harder after you turn 30 to get what we call six pack abs.

First you need to determine where you are. If you have let’s say 28% body fat just know that your six pack abs won’t be visible until you get your body fat down. For women it is most likely in the lower teens.

What types of food do I need to be eating?

You should be eating lots of lean proteins like chicken, egg whites, and fish. Stay away from processed meats because they will affect your fat loss progress. Also, I teach women what I call 5 Star Foods, eating these foods will help in achieving your six pack abs. Foods are not all created equal so if you want the best results then you have to put the best fat-burning foods in your body. The breakdown of your foods is also important. Don’t make the mistake of eliminating all your complex carbohydrates either as it will impair your metabolism, but you will need to modify your intake. Every woman is different when putting this type of program together.

What types of exercise should I be doing?

I recommend fat-burning workouts. Doing workouts that are intense and lifting enough weight that is challenging is key.

What about cardio?

This is dependent on how much body fat you have. Some women will have to do more in order to get the results they want. Don’t make the mistake of just walking, this will not achieve those six pack abs. You need to do interval cardio to really get your body fat down and to start seeing those abs.

How long will it take depends on where you are. From there, you can put together a plan of action. Diet is crucial in sculpting those abs. Yes, you will have to be more disciplined in your eating. But, the good thing is that you can actually have a small treat every week while you begin your transformation.

You must be patient in the process and focus on your goal and don’t think just because you’re over 30 that you can’t accomplish this..because you can. The mind is actually the most important part in this process as it controls everything you do from exercising and eating exactly how you need to.

My whole focus in working with women is re-conditioning their mind to get the body they want. For example, I could give you the best six pack abs diet and exercise program but if you don’t have the right “brain software”, then you will fail to get the results you want so keep this in mind when you are setting your fitness goals.

I Want Six Pack Abs – Secrets to Getting Six Pack Abs Exposed!

You see them in the commercials; you see their prize possessions in fitness magazines and advertisements endorsing products and programs on fitness, but how exactly you have yet to find out. Getting six-pack abs is what many, especially in the male department, want to achieve in a regular workout, always keeping in mind, “I want six-pack abs! I want to work out to get the abs that I want!” They go to gyms and fitness clubs just so they can improve through bodybuilding and constant workouts; they perform exercises and rigorous activities and in the end are able to smile and pose in the mirror half naked everyday.
For first timers, you might be wondering what exactly constitutes a workout wherein you develop impressive six-pack abs in just a few months. Well, believe it or not, the exercises are very basic, systematized, and effective especially if you are diligent enough in your training. Developing six pack abs involve building the muscles in your lower abdomen and losing the excess fat, so of course the exercises will concentrate in those areas. By following some exercise tips and secrets will also give you the courage and the pride to say to yourself, “I want six-pack abs and with all the workout sessions I’ve done, I am able to develop them all on my own!”
For example, when doing crunches, the usual misconception is to lift your entire back in order to fully develop the abs in your stomach. This can actually cause a lot of damage to certain parts of your back and spine. All you have to do is lie on the floor, keep your hands crossed over your chest, bend your knees as far back as you can, then raise your shoulders towards your knees with only the abdominal muscles working. Another secret is to be seriously committed to your exercise routine. You can’t just say, “I want six-pack abs” and not do anything about it. You have to constantly attend workout sessions, perform the exercises instructed by your coach, and keep telling yourself that you want an impressive six pack abs and you’re willing to go through all this just to get it.
You say to yourself, “I want six-pack abs!” but do not know exactly where to start? The first step that I would recommend is to enroll in a fitness program or even an exercise program that concentrates in developing the abs. The sequence of exercises involved would really depend on the fitness program you are enrolled in and the coach in charge of you. Normally though you start doing crunches, sit ups, leg lifts then go into more difficult exercises like static holds, jackknife sit ups, and then concentrate in developing your oblique muscles or the muscles on either side of the stomach. Again, the sequence of exercises, what is included or not, would have to depend on the fitness program you are enrolled in. Though the first few weeks will prove very painful and stressful, especially if it is your first time, just keep thinking to yourself, “I want six-pack abs!” for motivation.

Six Pack Abs Workout

Six pack abs is definitely not something you can order in, take out of a box and put on for show. You need some extensive workout sessions in order to achieve that sculpted look, and these workout sessions would take both dedication and discipline. One of the most prevalent myths regarding six pack abs is that abdominal workouts (like crunches and horizontal leg lifts) are enough to get the desired outcome. This is rarely the case. Yes, abdominal workouts do help, and these are in fact essential; but subscribing only to the exercises will not get you that six pack abs in a hurry. If you want faster, more permanent results, here is one solid tip on how to get that musculature you have always wanted.

Lose the fat! Nothing can hinder your goal of acquiring those six pack abs, than that bouncing, jiggling lifesaver around your midsection. The thing is: you can hardly ever see a person with a perfectly sculpted tummy section carrying excess weight in the other parts of the body. More often than not, that sculpted abs is matched with a sculpted physique too. In order to build up musculature, it is essential that the existing fats in the body must be melted away first. Instead of going for the drastic (e.g. liposuction, obesity weight loss surgery, tummy tuck); try going for the organic. This means subscribing to a healthier diet, and exercising to achieve over all fitness.

If possible, try to get a dietician or nutritionist approved diet. Never (and we can not say this often enough) subscribe to the fad diets that are coming out, season by season. These fad diets may help you shed some serious pounds in the shortest time possible, but at the cost of putting your health in danger. Some of these diets are so extreme that your internal organs, particularly your heart, your liver and the muscles may not be able to keep up. If you want that six pack abs, you need to keep your internal organs healthy and your muscles in peak order. If you stick to diets that leave you weak or feeling ill, you are effectively throwing out your chances of getting that six pack abs. After all, how can you possibly exercise when your muscles (or the rest of your body, for that matter) are not cooperating with you? Stick to diets that promote overall well-being, preferably those that allow you to eat foods from all the basic food groups.

Choose exercise regimens that promoted whole body workout. Again, it is essential to have a sustainable abdominal muscle workout regimen – but this should not be the only thing you have on your agenda. Having a total body workout means that you can get rid of excess fats faster, which should make it easier for you to work those abs.

Diet and exercise should work hand in hand. Always make sure that both are being kept at a constant schedule. Exercise at a time that you find most convenient for your current lifestyle. However, make sure that you have slow carbohydrate burning meals before your workouts, and eat fast carbohydrate burning meals afterwards. This should help sustain the nutrients that your body needs. Stick to your allotted portions so as not to increase your body fat.
